Anza Borrego trip
Last weekend was fun. Friday night at least, Saturday night was kind of odd. I think the heat caused us all to be on different mood levels.
I love the language barrier whenever I go to Mexico to visit family. It makes everything more interesting. One of my cousins used a translating app on his phone to figure out how to say “drunk” in english, and it came out “dynamite” I guess because that’s what he calls anyone drunk now haha.

My internet in this barracks room is 78 Kbps, which is 7.8% of what is the bare minimum to play games online. I can’t even upload a 4 minute youtube video without having to wait like half...

It was a really good time. Especially with the group that came up from San Diego. My back and chest are all burnt up from having my shirt off most of Sunday. Stef’s painted hand prints are the only parts of skin on my upper body that didn’t burn. It just looks odd now haha, but the finger paint worked out great for the occasion

A homeless man walks up to my window and asks for a cigarette, which I give him. I let him know it’s a lucky strike and he seems really pleased and thanks me. He then asks which direction I’m trying to turn, then runs out in the street to stop the oncoming traffic. I thanked him then took off. It was about a one minute encounter but it made my day.

If I were to make music of some sort I wouldn’t know what genre to make it. I listen to the best of a lot of worlds and I wouldn’t know where to start. Not that I could make enjoyable music in the first place even if I attempted to, but it’s a thought.

Best show I’ve been to. I made my way to the front center, almost in front of Alice Glass. She rocked her broken ankle and crutches. 3 people passed out around me from a mix of too much e and heat. I left the Warfield with laceless shoes and completely soaked clothes, felt like an hour long orgy.
